Shipping conditions
- Parcel partners. For the Netherlands/Belgium we cooperate with ‘Packs”, for other EU countries ‘GLS’. It is possible that GLS cooperates with local distributors in certain countries/areas.
- Fast delivery. Ordered and paid articles will leave our warehouse usually the same day after receipt or your payment, otherwise definitely the next morning.
- Delivery time standards.
Netherlands/Belgium – 2 or 3 working days.
Other European countries – on request. - Delivery on board. No problem, please mail us name & address of your harbor. Please add the name of your boat and/or other coordinates.
- Shipping costs.
Netherlands/Belgium – € 14,50 per package of 15 kg. (Waddentoeslag € 17,50)
Other European countries – € 22,50 per package of 15 kg. (Tariff might be different for islands) - Track & Trace.
Netherlands/Belgium – in your mail box directly after booking.
Other countries available after 1 or 2 days.
Returns
You have received a shipment from us, and you want to return an item? No problem. We are happy to support you.
You dislike the items? They are not fitting perfectly? You made a mistake when you ordered? You have a claim of warranty? The item was damaged during transport? Items are defective? Technical problems occur?
In all cases, please contact us by mail (info@gbt.nl) within 14 days after receipt of your order. In case of damage please add picture(s).
In any case:
- Make sure the returned item is packed safely.
- Make sure all postage is paid, and send the parcel to

Only new items, without damage or usage marks will be refunded right away by bank transfer.

Warranty
Refleks Denmark is family-owned manufacturer of high-quality heaters since 1956. Made for all kind of climates and therefore delivered all over the world.
Nevertheless, it might happen that the product is damaged or otherwise not as good as you could reasonably expect. In that case GBT Europe guarantees each new Refleks product against defects in workmanship and materials for two years. All original components are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of delivery.
In any case, please contact GBT Europe right away. It regularly happens that the stove is seen as broken when there is actually a misunderstanding about the use and operation of the stove.
This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective heater, or defective parts and is the sole remedy of the warranty. Claims under this warranty must be made directly to GBT Europe. To speed up the warranty procedure a proof of purchase is needed ánd we can look that up for you too.
This warranty does not cover improper assembly or follow-up maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Modification of the frame or components shall void this warranty. GBT Europe is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
